By using woofnmove.com and booking Dog Camp services with WOOF & MOVE LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before creating an account or booking.
Service
Woof & Move provides weekday dog camp with doorstep pickup or self-drop, outdoor activity, and afternoon drop-off in Brooklyn.
Camp operates Monday–Friday unless otherwise announced. Capacity is limited per day.
Accounts
You must provide accurate contact and address information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Dog profiles must reflect current health, behavior, and vaccination status.
Bookings & payment
Bookings are confirmed after successful payment (Stripe) or cash confirmation as selected at checkout.
Prices are displayed at booking time. Taxes and fees, if applicable, are shown before payment.
We may refuse or cancel service if a dog poses a safety risk or required information is incomplete.
Pickup & drop-off
Doorstep pickup is available during the published morning window when a valid home address is on file.
Self-drop requires arrival within the published window at the designated location.
We return dogs to the home address on file unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling rules are shown in your account and confirmation emails.
Contact us as early as possible if your plans change so we can offer the spot to another dog.
Assumption of risk
Outdoor activity involves inherent risks. You represent that your dog is fit for group play and transport.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOOF & MOVE LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
